Room Temperature
Keep your loaf in a paper bag or a bread box. Never put it in the fridge as it will go stale faster!
Freezing for Later
Our bread freezes beautifully. Slice it before freezing, then toast straight from the freezer for that fresh-baked taste.
Reviving the Crust
If the crust softens, sprinkle the loaf with a little water and pop it in a hot oven (180°C) for 5 minutes. It'll be as good as new.
